Although it would be pretty difficult to do a full set of eyelash extensions yourself I have found that you can keep your existing set looking decent with just a small amount of application. Take a look at this vide of me applying Ardell individual Lashes to my existing set of lash extensions to fill in the holes where needed. I am using the Ardell Lashtite glue. All of which available on Amazon.
